Background & Education

Stephen J. Armstrong attended the University of Toronto where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1980, and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant and became a licensed public accountant in the Province of Ontario while with a "big six" firm in 1985.
Stephen spent several years gaining valuable experience in senior financial positions with large public corporations in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries. Since 1990 he has been a partner at Serbinski Partners PC, Chartered Accountants in Toronto, Ontario.
